I'm trying to get my Debian GNU/HURD working.
The problem now is that I'm not able to run dpkg-reconfigure
to change the keyboard mapping and to install X.Org.
Where I went wrong?
Thanks everyone for support.

Which error message are you getting?

Please always keep the mailing list in Cc, so you optimize the chance of getting
a complete answer in a minimized time. Otherwise, you run the risk of either
get a terse answer, or have to wait (possibly long) that I have time to provide
a lengthier answer (or simply that I come back from vacations...)
-bash: dpkg-reconfigure: command not found
Like mostly all administration commands, you need to run it as root.
In my case "echo $TERM" prints "mach-gnu-color" and the "cons" directory
does not exist.
So it's not running. See above in the guide for enabling it.

Thank you! I succeeded in starting up X.Org.
I also setted the keyboard with the sudo dpkg-reconfigure command,
but it still works as an English keyboard.
